Bridge Martin started as a construction crew in Wilmington, taking direct projects with homeowners. Over time, we began subcontracting for larger builders who needed reliable capacity.

We noticed the same clients kept coming back asking for help with plans, permits and scheduling — so we brought those disciplines into the team instead of referring them out. Today Design, Consulting and PM work alongside Build under one roof.
